Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying your booking.
1. General Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations made 14 days before service date → Full refund
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before service date → 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before service → Non-refundable
2. Transfer Services
Airport transfer cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the meeting point without notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, flight cancellations, pandemics, or government restrictions, we offer date changes without additional charges.
5. Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Modification Requests
You may change travel dates or passenger information by contacting our support team. Modification fees may apply depending on supplier policies.
